Tremere turned in November 1999 Detroit. Formerly an adjunct professor, now a fledgling in way over his head - still only 8 months dead.

Persuasion**You can always swing a discount or get on the inside track of the latest gossip. (Gay Charisma [he doesn't have much but its there, ok].)
Occult**You can sift the truth from pop occult nonsense. (Researched Roman occultism for his doctorate - and now he's a Tremere. YAY.)
Leadership***You can command on the battlefield and lead your soldiers into death. (He keeps his cool and people can tell - and he's used to teaching large groups. I guess? This description is so dramatic.)
